Random Systems Georgia at SBC Lisbon
SBC Summit is taking place in Lisbon, Portugal.  Industry professionals are gathered at the Feira International de Lisboa, more than 25 thousand delegates are attending the summit to find all the innovations of the industry, to seek for a new collaborations and share the experiences.  
Random System Georgia is attending SBC Lisbon, also taking part in the Leaders Summit, sharing company’s vision and exchanging views with the industry professionals. 
Giorgi Tsamalaidze, the CLO at Random Systems Georgia is co-hosting the regional Global Market Roundtable for Balkans & Eastern Europe, sharing the opportunities for the permit seekers and addressing the challenges of the regional markets for regulated jurisdictions.


Georgia has adopted new legislative bill amending certain provisions in Gaming and Tax laws.

Important Amendments in Legislation of Georgia 


Parliament of Georgia approved the draft Law on Organising Lotteries, Games of Chance and other Prize Games, which will enter into force on December 1, 2024. According to amendments, the organisers of the gambling and/or betting games in a system-electronic form will be allowed to organise web sites under two internet domains with one permit. In this case one internet domain and web site should be used for the players holding Citizenship of Georgia, and the second for Foreign Citizen players. Additionally, the organisers of gambling and/or betting games in a system-electronic form are obliged to disclose the actual address of the organisation and management of the games, as well as the installment of the server infrastructure in the country.

IMGL (International Masters of Gaming Law) spring conference is taking start today in Florida, USA. IMGL is an association comprising over 300 members globally. The members are leading experts in their jurisdictions and are at the heart of developments in gambling law and regulation worldwide. IMGL’s mission is education and each year the association hosts two major international conferences, which are the best opportunities for learning and networking in the industry. Random Systems Georgia is represented by Giorgi Tsamalaidze, CLO of the company. As a speaker at the conference, Giorgi will be speaking about the need to balance the goals of regulating with the reality of the gaming industry in 2024.
